Why don’t you offer adapters that support 48A current?

In fact, our adapters *can* technically support 48A current. However, after conducting tens of thousands of tests, we found that AC adapters operating at 32A are the safest option. While you can find 48A adapters on the market, you’ll notice their lifespan is extremely short—often only about two weeks—and they frequently have overheating issues. We take our responsibility to consumers seriously, which is why we only offer 32A adapters. They’re safe, reliable, and won’t cause damage to your vehicle.
